In TechLab CRM system, reports containing numerical data of parameters such as Segments, Categories, Resources can be downloaded from the Report List screen under the Reports menu on the SIDEBAR on the left side. To download, the download buttons in the upper right corner of the Report List screen are used. The data in the downloaded Excel format report document can be downloaded in a format that the system detects. In order to read this data on the report meaningfully, the relevant data must be converted into table format. This process can be performed with the following steps.
Process Steps:
1. Select the cells filled with data in column A in bulk with the mouse cursor.
2. Click on the Data tab from the ordered tabs starting with the File tab at the top and click on Convert Text to Columns in the panel that opens.
3.In the Converting Text to Columns Wizard – Step 1 of 3 screen, select the Delimited data type and click Next > button.
4. In the Wizard to Convert Opened Text to Columns – Step 2 / 3 screen, check Tab and Comma in the Separators section and click Next > button.
5.On the Convert Text to Columns Wizard – Step 3 of 3 screen, while General is selected in the Column data format section, click the Finish button in the lower right corner to complete the process.
