Regarding the Clinics in the TehLab CRM system, users with the Doctor role defined (the “Yes” box of the “Group Administrator?” question on the user creation screen is ticked) are required to make Calendar Settings for one time* for the first use. The reason for this is that while creating an appointment request in the appointment forms on the website, the Date and Time sections that can be selected on the appointment request form are directly affected by the selections made on the Calendar Settings.
Process Steps:
1. After logging in to the CRM system, in the menu on the bar on the left side, click on the Users & User Profile screen. Then click on Calendar Settings on the page that opens.
* The settings can then be adjusted as required.
2. Fill in all fields in the Calendar Settings screen completely. If the break time will not be defined, select Break Time A 5 minute break between the Start and End of Break Time (For example; Break Time Start: 12:00 – Break Time End: 12:05.) Time Period refers to the appointment time you have reserved for patients. After filling in all fields on the Appointment Request Form, click on the Save Settings button in the lower right corner to save your choices.
In addition, your Days off selections that you can apply when any date, time or multiple hours are selected on the Calendar under the Calendar Settings section will also affect the Date and Time fields on the appointment request form on the website. The date and time of the Leave you have selected will not be visible to the person/persons who want to make an appointment on the form.
