To seamlessly transfer the data from Meta (Facebook) forms to our CRM system, the Field Names (Alan Adlari) of the forms need to be named in a way that our system can recognize.
Below are examples of the required field names (Alan Adlari) for Name and Phone Number:
Turkish -> adı_soyadı, telefon_numarası
Italian -> nome_e_cognome, numero_di_telefono
English -> full_name, phone_number
Portuguese -> nome_completo, número_de_telefone
Spanish -> nombre_y_apellidos, número_de_teléfono
German -> vollständiger_name, telefonnummer
Arabic -> الاسم _ بالكامل, رقم _ الهاتف
French -> nom_complet, numéro_de_téléphone
Russian -> polnoe_imya, nomer_telefona
The relevant Field Name (Alan Adlari) definitions are made in the settings section of Facebook (Meta Business) ad forms.
The steps for the operation performed through the Meta Business advertising account are listed below with images.
Process Steps:
1.After logging into Meta Business Suite, click on the All Tools menu from the menus on the left side.
2.Then click on Ads Manager from the drop-down menu.
3.Click on the relevant Ad Campaign and click on Edit. (If you do not have one, you can continue with the Create Form step below after creating a new campaign and completing your campaign settings).
4.Scroll down on the page that opens.
5.Under the Quick Form heading, click on Create Form.
6.On the “Create Form” screen, complete the settings related to your ad form in the sections on the Content tab.
After completing your operations in the Content tab, click on the Settings tab.
7.Specify the language of the form in the Language section. This step is one of the most important steps. The reason for this is that the Field Names are automatically defined according to the language you have selected. The Field Names defined automatically according to the language selection are in the format accepted by the CRM system.
8.In the previous step, the Language was selected as English (US). As a result of this selection, Field Names are automatically defined as full_name and phone_number. These definitions are in the format that the CRM system accepts for the English language and can automatically import the data.
9.The same is true for other languages.
10.When the Language is selected as Turkish, Field Names are automatically defined in the format accepted by the CRM system in the same way as name_surname and phone_number.
11.Finally, you need to click on the Create form button in the bottom right corner.
