What is CRM?

Why are CRM systems priced differently?

CRM systems are offered with different pricing. Because the needs of each business are different and each business needs different features. In addition, CRM systems are priced according to different usage areas. For example, a CRM system designed for a small business may have fewer / more features than a CRM system designed for the needs of a large company and may be offered at a lower / higher price. CRM systems are also priced based on factors such as lifecycle, data storage capacity, customer support, training, security infrastructure and integration options. Some CRM systems use a monthly subscription-based pricing model, while others are available on a once-a-year basis.

How many language supports do you have in TechLab CRM? Which languages do you support?

In the user interface, there is support for a total of 8 languages, including Turkish, English, Spanish, German, Russian, Italian, Dutch, and Arabic.

Is it possible to make package changes later?

Due to server usage terms and conditions, you can only upgrade from a lower package to a higher one.

Are the application features fixed? Can we benefit from new features over time?

At TechLab Bilisim, we aim to stay constantly up-to-date in our software projects. To achieve this, we are continuously evolving and improving our products. We take into consideration feature requests from our valued users and continue to add selected features to the TechLab CRM system day by day. The developed features are provided to all our customers for free.

Financial Questions

What is the difference between annual and monthly payment plans?

In annual payment plans, since a longer usage period is guaranteed by the user, our company offers additional discounts. Therefore, the annual payment plan for the same service is more economical compared to the monthly payment plan.

Does the price increase before the package duration expires?
Price increases are not applied before your usage period expires on any payment plan. For example, customers using a monthly plan may be affected by a potential price increase in the following month, whereas customers who opt for annual payments will remain at the same prices until their paid annual period expires, making it a more advantageous choice. Therefore, we recommend choosing annual plans over monthly plans.
Can package changes be made later?

According to CRM and server usage terms, it is only possible to upgrade from lower-tier packages to any higher-tier package.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can make payments in Cash, Remote Credit Card Payment, and by Bank Transfer. Cash payments are subject to the upper limits/amounts determined within the framework of the Tax Procedure Law, and amounts exceeding the legal limits can only be paid through bank and credit card as required by the law.
